Delivery Terms

The following information details our delivery charges and estimated delivery timescales.

Placing an Order

Once an order has been placed through Cosmocare, the customer will receive a confirmation email from us with an overview of his/her order. Said email will contain the order number, along with all the other details regarding the order.

Delivery Charges

We provide two types of shipping.

a) Express delivery/ Same day delivery: 2.000 KD

b) Standard delivery/ Next day delivery: 1.500 KD

Delivery Time:

a) Express delivery/ Same day delivery: Can be expected on same day between the time frame of 04:00 PM to 10:00 PM

b) Standard delivery/ Next day delivery: Can be expected on next day between the time frame of 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM

We provide delivery during Saturday to Thursday. All the orders placed on Fridays will be delivered on next working day.

To avoid any unnecessary delay, please make sure you fill out the shipping address details to completion, as well as add an available contact number when placing your order.

How can I track my delivery status?

You can check your order status and/or track the delivery of your order through My Orders tab, from your Account Menu inside cosmocare website.

How can I return the products?

You can come directly to Cosmocare in case you need to return some products within 14 days of purchase. Please make sure you bring the products with the original package along with the receipt.

Refund

If a refund is needed, the amount excluding the delivery charges will be refunded to the original payment method. The delivery charge will not be included in the refund.
